Welcome to Rova. We design brands and websites exclusively for therapists and coaches — and these terms explain what to expect when you visit our site, purchase a template, or work with us on a custom project. By using this site or purchasing from Rova, you're agreeing to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who We Are
Rova ("Rova," "we," "us," "our") is a design studio and website template shop operated by Rova Studios LLC ("the Company"), built specifically for therapists and coaches. All templates and custom websites are built on the Showit platform. Rova is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Showit.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing a template, or engaging Rova for custom design services, you ("you," "client," "buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase from us.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Rova or enter into a services agreement with us.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, copy, photography, template previews, and site design — is the property of Rova Studios LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any part of this site or its content without written permission.
This does not apply to templates or deliverables you've purchased, which are governed by the license terms in Sections 4 and 5 below.
4. Template Shop Purchases
What you're buying. Each listing in the Rova shop is a full Showit website template — a complete set of canvases designed to become your website, not a bonus add-on or partial product.
Delivery. After purchase, you'll receive a Showit Share Key by email. You enter this key into your own Showit account to unlock the template canvases and add them to your site. You're responsible for having an active, paid Showit account in order to use your purchase.
License. When you buy a Rova template, we grant you a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for one live website, for your own therapy or coaching practice. You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the template or Share Key, in whole or in part
- Use the template to build sites for other people or businesses
- Claim the template design as your own original work
- Use the template outside of the Showit platform
No refunds. Because templates are digital products delivered instantly via Share Key, all sales are final. We're not able to offer refunds once a Share Key has been issued, including in cases where you decide the template isn't the right fit, you don't have an active Showit account, or you're unfamiliar with the Showit platform. If something's not working technically, contact us — we want to help.
5. Custom Design Services
This section applies to Website in a Day, Custom Brand & Website Design, Brand Strategy Sessions, and Brand & Website Audits.
Booking & deposits. Custom services are booked by signed agreement and non-refundable deposit, as outlined in your individual proposal or invoice. Your project date or start date is not secured until both are received.
Client responsibilities. For Website in a Day and Custom Brand & Website Design, you're responsible for providing, by the agreed deadline: finished written copy, final imagery, a purchased domain, and an active paid Showit account. Delays in providing these materials may delay your project timeline or, for Website in a Day, forfeit your scheduled date.
Timelines. Timelines shared on our site or in your proposal (e.g., "one calendar day," "12–16 weeks") are estimates based on projects that stay on schedule and within scope. Delays caused by late materials, delayed feedback, or scope changes on your end may extend these timelines and are not the responsibility of Rova.
Revisions. Revision rounds are limited to what's specified in your service agreement. Additional rounds beyond that are billed separately at our current hourly rate.
Cancellations. If you cancel a custom project after signing your agreement, your deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations after work has begun may be billed for time and materials completed to date, per your individual agreement.
6. Brand Strategy Sessions & Audits
These are advisory services. The strategic recommendations, written notes, and action plans we provide are guidance based on the information you share with us — they are not a guarantee of any particular business outcome, including bookings, revenue, or client growth.
7. Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due according to the schedule in your invoice or service agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on any project with an outstanding balance.
8. Content You Provide
If you submit copy, images, or other materials to Rova for use in your template customization or custom project, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use that content, and you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of completing your project. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you provide.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Rova templates and custom websites are built on Showit, a third-party platform we don't own or control. We're not responsible for Showit's pricing, uptime, features, policy changes, or platform performance. Any issues with the Showit platform itself should be directed to Showit support.
10. Disclaimers
Rova provides design and strategy services and products in good faith, based on our professional expertise. We don't guarantee specific business results — including client bookings, revenue, or search engine rankings — as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Our site and communications are for informational and professional purposes related to our services. Nothing on this site should be taken as legal, financial, or clinical/therapeutic advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rova Studios LLC and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our templates, or our services — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific template or service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a project, or restrict access to this site for anyone who violates these terms, is abusive toward our team, or attempts to misuse a purchased template or service.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement or invoice, make up the entire agreement between you and Rova regarding your purchase or project.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continued use of the site or a new purchase after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
